Yohn.io supports over 30 contact data fields, which are listed below:

  1. Name(s): First name, surname, middle name, name prefix (e.g., Dr.), name suffix (e.g., Jr.)
  2. Photos: Company logo, profile photo
  3. Company Name
  4. Job Title and Role
  5. Email Address(es): Home, work, other
  6. Phone Numbers: Work, mobile, fax, other
  7. Address(es): Home, work
  8. Website URLs: Home, work, other
  9. Social Network Links: Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Flickr, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, other

When creating a digital business card via the Yohn.io dashboard, you can choose from the most common fields during Step 1 and add extended contact information at a later stage. In order to do this, follow these steps:



  1. Create a digital business card. 
  2. Save it to the "Manage Cards" section during the last step of the creation process.
  3. Select "Business Cards" → "Manage Cards" from the left-hand menu.
  4. Find the business card you want to update and check the checkbox to its left.
  5. In the form that appears, click "Add Field" in the top-right corner. Then, select and fill in the fields you would like to add to your digital business card.
  6. Click "Submit."
